Before you book

A few things worth knowing.

Read these first and your appointment runs the way it should.

New clients start with a consultation

It lets me look at your hair, your scalp and your goals before anything is booked, so the service you get is the one you actually need. Repair and restoration work always begins here.

Deposits hold your time

A deposit is taken at booking and comes off your total on the day. It's what reserves the chair.

48 hours to change or cancel

Life happens — just give me notice so the slot can go to someone else. Inside 48 hours the deposit doesn't carry over.

Arrive within 15 minutes

After that the service may need to be shortened or rescheduled, so the clients after you aren't pushed back.
